Saucissons by the piece

Keesbo, Catalan charcutier for over 80 years
Our dry sausages are made by Keesbo, a family-run salaison based in Les Preses, in the heart of Catalan Garrotxa. For over 80 years, the same family has crafted its dry-cured charcuterie with a care that cannot be industrialised: selected meats, balanced seasoning, then slow drying in natural casing.
This know-how, passed down from generation to generation, can be tasted in every slice: a clean flavour, an even texture, a consistent quality. It is the house we chose for you, and it is what makes the difference, board after board.
Dry saucissons for every taste and every occasion
Whether you are a seasoned enthusiast or simply looking for the ideal saucisson for your next aperitif, our selection will win you over:
- Pure pork dry saucisson, plain, with a straightforward, generous taste — the essential classic
- Cheese saucisson — goat, sheep, beaufort or roquefort — melting and delicious on an aperitif board
- Saucisson with herbs and pepper, for a charcuterie-and-cheese board out of the ordinary
- Saucisson with wild boar, with roe deer or with bull, for lovers of characterful meats
- Saucisson with hazelnuts or with walnuts, for a gourmet, original touch
- Catalan fuet, fine and delicate, to enjoy in thin slices
- Chorizo, spicy and fragrant, for palates that like character
Our ranges and their pairings
Directos offers several ranges to suit every tasting moment. The cheese saucissons (goat, beaufort, roquefort) melt on an aperitif board and pair with a dry white wine or a Languedoc rosé. Our game saucissons (wild boar, roe deer, bull, duck) reveal all their flavours with a tannic red wine — a Corbières or a Minervois. As for the saucisson with herbs or with pepper, their aromatic freshness makes them the centrepiece of a charcuterie-and-cheese board. The Catalan fuet and the chorizo, for their part, are as much at home at the aperitif as alongside a fine mountain platter.
A Catalan terroir, an artisan tradition
Shaped according to Catalan charcuterie traditions, our dry saucissons are the fruit of authentic artisan know-how. The rigorous selection of the meats, the careful making and the slow curing in natural casings make each saucisson an exceptional terroir product. Our Catalan producers carry on this heritage with passion — so that every mouthful is delicious and memorable.
