Choose fresh, quality ingredients. Choose a Catalan fuet made using an artisanal process and which incorporates raw materials of European origin. Chop the shallot and pour it into a pan that contains a base of olive oil. Add the rice and mix everything together. Add the broth gradually. Put the pepper and the salt then cook for about fifteen minutes.
